Learn about financing options available to you and your customers, from traditional commercial lending solutions to leasing programs;and including information on Senate Bill 212 – CPACE (Commercial Property-Assessed Clean Energy) that was recently signed into law by Governor Hickenlooper.

Matthew H. Brown, principal of Harcourt Brown & Carey Energy & Finance, has worked in the energy finance and policy field for more than 20 years. Matthew has worked in Colorado to negotiate and establish a State Treasurer-funded energy efficiency loan program.  He also has worked with Tucson Electric Power and the states of Iowa, Florida and Michigan to develop clean energy financing products and programs. Clients have included not only the utilities, lenders, and state governments, but also national associations such as the National Governors Association, the Alliance to Save Energy, the National Small Business Association, and private lenders.He also headed the National Conference of State Legislatures energy program for 11 years.
