Clean Conscience came from the founder’s frustration with finding a reliable cleaning service and his personal interest in using products that were safer for his family and pets. They now employ more than 40 cleaning technicians and serve the Boulder and Denver area, for everything from regular or occasional residential and small businesses cleanings to move-in/move-out cleanings and one-time deep cleanings.
Why go green?
Ironically, many off-the-shelf “cleaners” contain a host of toxic and dangerous chemicals. Common household cleaners contain ammonia, chlorine, and formaldehyde. Each time you use them you are polluting your home or office space and risk the health of yourself, your family or co-workers, and your environment. These chemicals are not necessary to clean your home effectively--in fact, they are a prime cause of health problems and environmental issues.

Do you have any advice for spring cleaning?
The windows have been closed all winter, creating a very stuffy environment. Products they use do not leave a strong scent behind, and are definitely appreciated by those individuals with chemical sensitivities. Clean doesn’t have to have a smell!
