Building Energy Coaches provide services related to the efficient use of energy in and by commercial buildings, as well as the reduction of energy waste.  
 
If you want to explore options for reducing your energy consumption and saving money in your small or medium sized commercial building Energy Coaches can provide the following value-added services:
  • Energy use and benchmarking analysis
  • Comprehensive building assessment (includes building shell, heating and cooling, lighting, equipment, and occupant use)
  • Action plan development and project management
  • Identification of / assistance with financing opportunities
  • Periodic progress monitoring and consulting
  • Occupant training
  • Sustainability integration and consulting
  • Building certification (Energy Star, LEED, Green Globe, and others)
  • Technical services, as needed, to solve complex issues and/or support construction and financing requirements

Kyle Callahan, ENERGEIA CONSULTANTS LLC wrote on the Groups: Commercial Building Energy Coaches wall: James and I delivered a presentation at a commercial real estate company today – partly on coaching, partly on the possibility of an upcoming Boulder disclosure ordinance. Went well. Biggest hot button remains return on investment for tenants and owners – how can building owners justify capital expenses on upgrades, and where are the financials to justify that.
