Elevations Energy Loans, provided in conjunction with the Boulder County EnergySmart and Denver Energy Challenge programs, offers low interest financing for energy efficiency and renewable energy upgrades for homes and businesses in Boulder County and the City & County of Denver.
Energy Loans can be used for a wide range of energy efficiency and renewable energy upgrades including insulation, air sealing, heating, cooling, water heating, windows, roofing, and solar PV .
All Energy Loans are for terms of 36, 60, 84 or 120 months with interest rates starting as low as 2.75% for home loans and 3.75% for business. Homeowners can apply for a minimum loan of $500 and a maximum of $25,000, while businesses can apply for a loan between $1,000 and $150,000. Loans will also include access to the Energy Advisor service. Energy Advisors can help customers to identify project, evaluate bids and take advantage of all available rebates and incentives. Jeremy Epstein, finance project manager for Boulder County will be there to present on the loan and to answer your questions. Speakers: Jeremy Epstein is the Energy Efficiency and Finance Specialist for Boulder County. He has been the acting project lead on the development of this loan program for close to a year, in addition to managing various aspects of the commercial EnergySmart program. Before coming to Energysmart, Jeremy worked as a project manager for a green construction and remodel company as well as a consultant in developing green building programs for a leading firm out of Portland.
