Kim Burke is a Senior Program Manager at the Colorado Energy Office. In her role she works to advance residential energy efficiency across the state by promoting the adoption of the Home Energy Score. She also develops and expands financing solutions to encourage consumers to invest in the efficiency, health, safety, and comfort of their homes. Previously, Kim was the Director of the Marketing & Communications Research Practice at E Source where she advised utilities on best practices in designing, implementing, and marketing energy efficiency and renewable energy programs. Kim has a Master's degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Environmental Policy, Management, and Law from the University of Colorado at Denver and a BA in International Relations from Tufts University.
