This lecture will be targeted towards professionals in the green building industry and to homeowners (current or prospective) interested in the tiny house movement and its potential applications and challenges in Colorado--particularly Boulder County. 
 

Sam Austin, architect and co-founder of RhinoCubed, will share some of the Tiny Homes he designs and constructs made of repurposed shipping containers and talk about the unique challenges and opportunities they present.

Byron Fears, founder of SimBLISSity Tiny Homes, will present some of the custom Tiny Homes On Wheels that they design and build on trailers offering the ultimate flexible and portable lifestyle.

Representatives from two Boulder County Land Use Departments will also discuss tiny houses from the perspective of planning, zoning, and building codes.
