This training is a requirement to become an approved Energy Consultant for the recently revised Integrated Design Assistance Program (IDAP). Participants will learn about program details and how to participate including qualifying projects, application process, program requirements, incentive structure and reporting requirements. The program, based on the Architecture 2030 ChallengeĀ®, offers Design, Construction and Performance Incentives for both owners and design teams. Participating project teams set a Target Energy Usage Intensity (EUI) early in the project using ENERGY STAR Target Finder, then design and build to meet these standards. The final incentive is based on achieving the Target EUI.  This course is approved for 3 LUs of AIA CEUs
